Serotta T-Max Frameset

Sithlord

Old School Grand Master
Due to a new project on the horizon, my beautiful Serotta T-Max is going to have to find a new home, in order to finance it   :(

It is made of Columbus Max Or Tubing (Which has been pointed out " Columbus Max tubing is the dogs dangly's for a steel bike. Very rigid and responsive but still gives a good ride." ) , the size is 17.5" C-C with a 21" Top tube , It has a 1" Headtube Dia,Its in Excellent condition for a 1992 frame, and is quite rare to find in this condition..

I recently built it up with a Shimano M900 Groupset and some nice parts and it weighed approx 23lb, and think using some 'tricker' parts this could be reduced even further.. The ride is stunning and acceleration is something else.. climbing on this bike is truly amazing!!

The fork supplied with the frame is a Rockshok Judy XC and is also in excellent condition, (would say the 'M' word but might upset Jez :D   ) with no damage to the stanchions or seals. I would be willing to sell just the frame however if you did not need/want this..

I also have a really nice dean seatpost (26.8 8) and control tec quill stem (120) Plus a Campagnolo (Euclid) 8) headset for sale to suit this frame too if you were interested..(Would do a deal on all items plus frame/fork)

Looking for £ 350.00 posted. UK Mainland. (Frame and Forks only)

Not long had this bike and am sorry to have to let it go, If you are seriously interested in this bike, then pm me , may be open to a 'little' off the price  as I really need to raise some dosh for the new project... If it stays around too long I might be tempted not to sell it .. :? :? :D

If I wasn't completely and utterly skint at the moment I'd grab your hand off  stunning frame  :D

I shouldn't even be thinking about it  I just came home with another campervan from Germany that I couldn't afford but it seemed rude not to buy one as I was out there

But I do like that LOTS!! I'll see where my finances are after this weekend and if its still here I'll get back to you

A few more photos, and not had chance to clean it till tomorrow, but this frame is very good condition with no rust or dents, bad scratches..

Some more pics... a bit cleaner this time...
