sentbox\ outbox whats going on ?

Any messages i attempt to send to other users via thier PM icon are going to the outbox rather than the sentbox and not being sent untill a later date, missed out on some great sales !

Any ideas.

messages stay in the outbox until the recipient reads them, then they go in your sentbox

The out box means they haven't read your message. Sent box means they have read it.
