Semi-integrated headsets...?

Right then.

This Carrera Vulcan 'frame' I have has a semi-integrated headset, according to the Halfrauds website.

This has an internal diameter of (approx.) 45 mm.

Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement that's not too expensive?

FSA headsets are good value and, IME, last well. A variety of suppliers for the brand in the UK so your LBS should be able to sort you out with one of these.
