D dohark Retro Newbie Jan 23, 2012 #11 Right M that's me all sorted. Rebuilt the fork and as you said pretty straightforward. Would have taken half the time if it wasn't so full of crud and water residue. Now works like new! Thanks for your efforts and the Internet triumphs again..
