This is a useful little tool (invaluable if you're a bike wrench), most auto repair shops will have one - is there one close to you?

ended up taking frame in car....and it was 26.4......what age does this put a steel talera frame at then...early 1990's?
Really do appreciate peeps help.....so difficult when you encounter random subjects such as seatpost sizing.....thank u all.
