taffy Old School Grand Master Feedback View Oct 6, 2010 #3 i measured it with a digital caliper and it's 28.3 and feels too small/loose in the seat tube. The seat tube measures 28.6 at the top but i can see more of a gap down the seat tube slot with the post in it.
