I have this seatpost

as far as I remember, I have never seen it on a "retrobiker" build !

don't think it is that modern too ? Am I wrong ?

how old and how rare is that :wink: :?:

it is actually very well finished and a 27.00 diameter - what sort or frame did take that diameter ???

let the "cognoscenti" comment :wink:

peteMcC has a polished version on his roberts. its essentially an updated copy of a much older campag post.

i have 2 bikes that take 27.0 - a lot of middle 90s konas took it, and my diamond back WCF.

I've got a silver 27.2 in my Lloyd, and I used to have one in my Intense Uzzi SL.
Rough date would be late nineties and in my experience a very nice bit of kit.

27.0 would fit my 97 Explosif perfecly but I have an Easton Carbon CT2 in there which I love.

The earlier version was plain silver, this is a slightly later one. I originally had one on my 97 Bonty OR so the design is fairly retro (especially if Answer Manitous are considered retro as this came on some later ones).

As Scant says, I use one on my Roberts. Mines polished to look like a campag neuvo record post:
