Seatpost - 31.6mm - possible swap?

I want a 31.6 seatpost must have at least 300mm from saddle rail to max height mark. Prefer nice shiny silver but consider anything.

Will also swap for a hardly-used, as new Nitto 67 (1992) in silver.
Max height from rail is only 230mm though.
