I got a titanium frame and just got a new seatpost but it is just to tight to go into the frame! The seatpost and frame are 30.9 do anyone have tools to ream the seatpost or any other ideas?

If it's the right size, and is just a bit snug, you could DIY it with a drill and a hone. Either a brake hone or flex (ball) hone would work. Of the two, the flex is easiest and most forgiving to use. Take your time, use some sort of light oil for lube, and check the fit frequently. It's really hard to put metal back on if you go too big.

Brake hone - for honing out master cylinders on drum brakes.

Flex hone. Both types come in various (stepped) sizes.
