Is it 27.0 or 26.8?
I bought a frame and the top of the seatpost above the top tube seems a little flared and will easily take a 27.0 but it doesn't want to go further, while a 26.8 flaps about at the top but feels snug below the top tube.
I'm thinking 26.8 is correct, can anyone confirm that?
