I think you'd be alright as you would end up crotch on the rear wheel but ok, you guys are mirroring what I thought when I first saw it. I came to the conculsion if a few bikes had it, it must be ok even though sense tells me to stay away

That is the clamp indeed and tbh it looks even more dangerous on yours than the pic I posted
