Search for mixte frame manufacturer

I recently bought this Mordacq mixte bike. As it turns out, Mordacq is a bike shop in Baisieux (North of France). It's not the frame manufacturer.
The plan is to respray the bike and restore it in original style. Therefore, I am searching the original marque of the frame. Then I can spray it in the original colour.

I compared the lugs to other French marques (Motobecane, Gitane, Peugeot, Kyota, Bertin, Flandria,...) but found no matches.

Any ideas which frame this might be or more information?

Looks to me like a cheap frame made in Eastern Europe before the wall came down. Rekord were a brand like that.

Looks a like a Starnord to me, even has the right colour.
