I've reported people for some fairly obvious shill bidding (people can be stupid).

Define 'Shill Bidding' please.............

As above.

One I saw the guy must have had 2 accounts.
He sold about 5 bikes a week for cash on collection.
Each auction was about a minute apart and about a minute before the end 'someone' would bid a silly price (and outbid the low bids - ie he wouldn't let them go for £10-20).

Winning bidder (although anonymous has the same number of feedback).
Within half hour all bikes would be relisted for another week.

Trouble is ebay just couldnt care less. If they get another sale through the door they really dont give a monkeys about who is selling what and to whom.
I have reported that bloke who sells the klein/specialized/apollo specials loads of times but yet again, there he is selling the same old crap.
also i found out someone who i know was selling canon 5d's cameras on ebay for £999 buy it now. (its a 3k camera). the cameras diddnt exist the buyers were refunded by paypal when they reported the fraud and the 'person' (read scumbag, he robbed his own mother) never got caught. he was pocketing 5k a week from fraudulent sales on ebay and they never ever chased him.
I despair sometimes.

The Seller has revised his listing and addressed the odd bidding history.

Seems straight forward enough.

Wondering why he doesnt simply add a Buy it Now given that he clearly has an asking price?

He even included his phone number in the listing.....
