Scott unitrack cst

Iv just picked up a Scott unitrack cst, with the unishock front fork, all seems ok but I've a nasty feeling the forks are seized. Does anyone know of a good way to free them up again?. I've undone the bolts in the lower legs but still no movement :-(

is that the full suss one ?

i some times use a big fence in the back garden to free off seized
forks
sit the forks on top of the fence and with manitous and the like
with a bolt on brace undo one side then use the brace for leverage
to first twist the fork slider then pull it off
free it off , put it back together then repeat for the other side if needed
a bit brutal but it works and the wood wont damage the fork
so dont try it with a wall
