Sold Scott Pedersen SE 2000 Self Energizing Brakes NOS Full Set

I do because I already have them
And I can certainly consider myself a lucky and PROUD owner of these brakes
Yes, self-energizing brakes have a reputation for braking excessively...I'm more worried about not being able to brake
And they are beautiful, although everyone has their own tastes

Come on, I'll post some photos of how the ones I put in my Klein look. 😁 😁

I just bought two MTN TEK bikes yesterday just because both have Pederson SE brakes. Working on the front brakes today, the caliper body moves too far forward it seems, as when brakes are fully applied, the rearward o-rings are exposed.

I may be picking both your brains soon as I'm about to fit these :)

I've started another project with Pedersen, although in this case the more well-known Suntour brakes.
Those brakes are really nice

Thanks - yes, the design was mid-late 80's but it was the one at the start of the thread - thought these were later but didn't know

If they're later,
I think they're from around '93.

They're very interesting brakes. It's funny, back in the cantilevers era, there was a revolution of ideas and models; it was a mad rush of brands and people looking for the best solutions.
Until V-brakes came along, and the evolution ended. And then there were discs, and nothing original is left.

Here's an interesting link.
