schwinn prewar frame / frameset - motorbike

Hi, I know, that it's not really the correct place, but still I have to try. My wife wants a prewar schwinn cruiser, so I have to search the frame/frameset.

It should be the Schwinn frame with the straight downtube (Cycleplane, Excelsior, Majestic...) for 26" Balloon Tyres and in 16" or 18".

In europe it's nearly impossible to find that kind of frame, so maybe a nice one from US can help me - it shall be a gift for my wife.
