Yes the mech hanger is right. It's part off the dropout. That's either a 91 or 92 model year Zaskar or a 92 model year Pantera(Has a u-brake in the rear). The only way you'll know for sure is the serial number and type of tubing stamped on the rear dropouts. The two bolt replaceable hangers didn't start until late 92 production for the 93 model year frames.
