I'm a great fan of the pork and leek. But a butcher in Edinburgh does a ploughman's sausage with pork, cheese and pickle in it. Absolutely superb.

definately a nice cumberland with just the right amount of pepper.
tried them from all over the place then i found a local butcher who does the best cumberlands i've ever had,bloody lovely

i'm off to whack a couple in th'oven now my mouth's watering just thinkin about 'em.nomnomnomnomnomnomn
