Saturday Ride Photos

Took my cameraphone out on Saturday, took some nice photo's so thought I'd share them.
Beautiful sunshine made it nice and warm on the day, but a night of rain prior lead to a chocolate drivetrain and slow going.

The shot of me, the lake and the bushy trail were from around Branston Mere area, and the Santa Sign was on the Viking Way between Waddington and Bracebridge Heath. The houses in the distance on this pic are looking down to the Brant Road and Newark Road area.

This is my main loop, but I also have a loop that goes out to the Bardney, Potterhanworth and Wasps Nest area. There is a great wooded area in Bardney to ride in, so if you want to go out some time let me know mate.

Yea, the one and only hill in Lincolnshire!! Took me all of, hmmmm, couple of minutes to climb, granny ring as well! Got a nose bleed by the top!!!!

Seriously though, that looks like a nice route. I'd be tempted if it wasn't so far away, if I'm ever over that way I'll give you a shout.

(Does it smell of cabbages though?? :? )

As you live about 3 miles from me, where do you ride? I have only been able to find 2 decent loops in our area
Maybe you can brighten my day up by telling me there are loads of trails out there in our patch!!
