89-90 vintage. 18" c-c green.

For U-brakes or rollercams front and rear, yes - fork aswell.

has been painted by previous owner and not built since, some marks from shed storage but the only noticeable flaw would be a flat spot near the headtube - but it really is hardly noticable and cosmetic. also the bottom bracket shell has been professionally chased & faced today after removing the LH bottom bracket cup.

believe it or not I dont really want to sell but I need space and money at the moment so.............................
