Here is a saracen mantis thats been laying about in the shed for a year or two.I'm not going to use it the rear derailleur got damaged so i dont know weather to buy a new one and sell as a whole bike or to brake the bike down and sell as parts.which would i get most for?

Traditionally you can usually get more by stripping and selling seperately

Definately, you wont sell half the parts so you are definately better off as a whole.

hi mate its lee i bought the bike off you, ive got round to trying to sort it out and notice that the rear mech hanger is not the right one for the bike and its throwing the gear system out due to the wheel being wonky do you have the original one for this also notice that because of this the frame is split please advise asap thanks lee

about the history

hi mate thanks for geting back to me can u tell me any history on it i.e did u buy it new or second hand and when u put it back together did u use all the original parts( chain gear system etc) was it just the rear shifter that was different just trying to narrow the problem down

only the derailleur is a replacement as the other snapped,but it is the exact one as the one that snapped an x4.The gear hanger and everything else was on the bike when i got it.
