i am going to make this guy an offer, i am only 20 mins down the road from him, i am just a bit lost as to what kind of offer i should make?

i know he is staying it cost him £2500 in 00`but.....is he gonna be realistic or?

I sold one a couple of years ago. I think it went for £750. The new build price on it was absurd, maybe £3.5k??!!
