Sold the ipad2 didnt like it? thought it was just a big iphone? got this
samsung nc10 in the deal. It was ok the other day ie fast enough for browsing and the last 2 days its gone so sllllooowww? Im a computer mong so derrr no just about how to get to RB n im happy.
what do i need to do to get it up to speed again?
Any tips advice gratefully recived.

I've been using an NC10 for about 3 years now and it's a cracking little notebook. However, like yours it does tend to slow down for no apparent reason. The cure for this is the Samsung Recovery Solution (should be on your desktop). It flattens the C drive and rebuilds it to the baseline factory spec so you end up with a 'box fresh' laptop without any useless clutter.

Just remember to move anything important to the D drive first otherwise you'll lose it!

I also binned the Macaffee security package and replaced it with Microsoft Security Essentials (free to download and surprisingly good for a Microsoft product).

I downloaded google chrome and its speeded right up any way though?

Internet Explorer is very slow on these, I use Mozilla and for security AVG

Having said that mine has been getting slow so done what you said above and it's much better...thanks
