Wanted Salsa CroMoto 1" quill rise stem 25.4mm

Looking for a salsa quill stem with a removable faceplate, 25.4 clamp, preferably around 90mm, and some rise. Anyone?

This has been been a reissue released in 2010 I believe, some have been recalled due to a faulty design, so it's really difficult getting a hold of a good one these days. Thanks, I'll probably rename this thread to just any brand, not just Salsa
