Hi all
Don't know if you'd know anyone who may be in the market for this beautiful and crazy one-off creation of mine?
Basically I bought everything new, over time, as we do, to build the ultimate Alpine ride... Thinking I'd go abroad one day.
I bought a house, one that needs a lot of work, and have no money for such a holiday let alone to do the house up (been there I hear some of you say!)...
So the bike is 'new' as I bought all parts specifically for the build, had the Chris King wheelset handbuilt and put it all together myself, getting a PDI inspection type service just to make sure she was ready to go.
And she's been in the house ever since, whilst the kitchen and bathroom remain as was (and not good!)...
Advertised on eBay (link below), I'm prepared to have to take a bit of a hit on her (sooooooooooo much money spent!) and of course if a fellow retrobiker would like to take the plunge or knows someone who would through this thread, I will of course consider lowering the price a little more than the eBay price. There's a lot of bike there for somebody!
Whilst the bike's amazing I've no cash for the house and I'd also really like one or two framesets I've seen on here (you know who you are!) to place a 950 groupset onto (must stop this illness!)... But I'm waffling now so here's the initial ad:
