S between seat stay?

Hi new here just wondered if anybody knows what bike has an S between the seat stays used to hang rear brakes?

Struggling to identify a bike I purchased recently.

Sachs huret, Weinmann , souple prod seat , cantilever Weinmann, italian bars, made in Italy bike stand, 27 1/4, Shimano hubs front and rear? Olympic bands on down tube, cable lugs on top tube side bottom drive side.

serial number under bottom bracket 7 numbers with a funny symbol at the beginning. then 660....

Any ideas?
