Rusty steel YETI frame? Donor frame? Pipe benders?Help!!!!

hey folks got a YETI steel frame with a scabby stay back-end Internal rust on the chainstay section..

Does anyone have an old PRO FRO or SHERPA with a damaged front end that they would sell?

Failing this it'll be transformed into a mutant hybrid :shock: with no loop stays..

Anyones advice or ideas would be hugely appreciated..

Tried finding NOS loopstays! No chance :!:

Crap thing is, its only rusty on the driveside It is a 2 piece back end and not the early FRO 1 piece..

What are the chances of someone having some bent TANGE loopstays hanging around their workshop??

or even knowing of someone who has the correct tube bending equipment to bend some stays for my POOR old YETI??

Does anyone know if Rody can do this?

I dont think it would be too much of a crime to put a conventinal back end on it though..But I may get death threats from the die hard YETI fans

MONGOOSE one piece back ends were only on their alloy frames i think?

Think ill be going down the 4 piece back end route on the old YETI :shock:

It will certainly be different.... :!:

BUT if it gets her back on the road so be it

Has anyone else had this problem with YETIS rusting internally?

Or did i get a dodgy one with tubes that had been wet stored before been built up :?:

It was dried off and pampered in the limited years of its use :roll:
