Rust treatment stabiliser for frame? Advice please

Looking for something to treat this kind of thing unobtrusively. Not looking to repaint, just stabilise to or event any further damage.

I remember a profit from the 80s that converted rust. Is there a modern version?

So, found kurust by hammerite and jenolite.

Any recommendations?

Either of those work well. Loctite do one as well that I use and so does Ed China.

I use liberal amounts of wax in instances like this. Just coated my raw Kona to the same.
It will slow any future "patina" hence extending frame life

Gone for kurust. Then lots of turtle wax. Apparently goes blue/black so beats red oxide!

used engine oil is good for the inside. Slosh it around a bit and drain well.
