Velomaniac just bought one from Epicyclo so either of them may like to give you a real world market value. For what it's worth Velo rode it at our recent Pentlands meet, so just goes to show they can work.
If you were going to flog it on ebay it might be worth playing up the Montague link.

From memory Brian swapped it for a very old type Rudge Roadster frame from Velo. The folder was complete and original but Velo didn't want to carry the wheels home or some such.
