Fork travel
Coil/air
If coil, the current spring weight (or a rough appropriate rider weight)
Steerer length & diameter
Axle to crown length
Any adjustments (preload, rebound etc) or lockout
...and that they're still moving smoothly
I think you covered a lot of this already, and to be honest at thirty quid you're right, as soon as someone who needs some spots them they'll be gone
