From mid 90's (?) with original parts (all deore LX, even pedals) except the tires. Italian brand from 70's to 90's. Handbuilt frame -and in my opinion a killer paintjob. 
I have a question for you also: What are my options if I wanted to have the handle bar close to or about the same level as my seat is (it's about 15cm 6" difference now)? I've had very little luck finding 'taller' stem (it's the 'old style', I don't know what it's called) and lowering the seat is out of the question.
