Just spent 10 minutes with white spirit in front of the mirror removing bright red freckles.

That’s how the factory did it - period correct technique from the old boy

The splatter is so dam thick/ sits proud of the frame it’s impossible to adhere anything but mud to it afterwards


That said, this one does look to have been done with a lot more enthusiasm than the factory could Mustard .... lol
