I need to check the serial number on my Ron Cooper which has the same lugs to see if I can get a bit more accurate on the date but I suspect this was built at the earlier end of the date range he has given. I have a frame that Ron built in 2010 that uses the same lugs and I remember Ron telling me at the time that the lugs had been out of production for some time when I bought mine in 2010. Mine was built in 531 professional and has the same lug set, its one of a series of 5 that he built using lugs and tubing he found kicking around in the back of his garage one day when he was having a clear out.
