It's afrikaans and the "jy poes" bit roughly translates to "you c*nt", but the voetsek bit I don't know. (And neither does Google it seems)

Voetsak or Voetsek meaning "go away", literally "foot-drop", is what is usually yelled at a dog that you want to chase away.
