It the 1992 model frame
though will have to take word for it that it's the Hammer, colour is correct (Azure), would be even better with the purple forks, saying that the picture colour looks more like the better Equipe's Jadestone colour. But the colours are very similar, lol.

build it up with Deore DX and top tube length for 17" should be ~550mm but I actually do not know if RM use effective horizontal are actual length. (I would assume effective.)

Jimboxc told me that the top tube c-c along the tube is 540mm, which makes sense with the official RM measure being 552mm horizontally. I think he is spot on in saying this is a small but not tiny frame. The tt measure is the crucial one and this is the same as a Kona size 16, with a head tube also the same as a Kona size 16 and a seat tube one inch longer, therefore one inch less slope in the top tube.

The paint looks original to me, but I would need Gil_M decals for it, and I've no idea whether he has 92 Hammer decals on his files. The fork would be an issue for me as well, but things being what they are in the world, it might have to end up with a Project 2. I don't think it's quite right somehow for a Rocky Mountain to have a Kona fork, but as Crayons has one on one of his Team Comps, I suppose it must have some merit.

Gil_m has RM of this era on the files and I'm sure we could get the Hammer written out. I think Crayons is 'in charge' of creating the graphics, since he has the files and spent a lot of time doing them and could alter them quickly.

Every sticker is there other than the changing tubing material sticker.
