Rocky Mountain Frame number

Does anyone know if I can tell the year of my RM Vertex from this number?

It ok, we have a whole thread in the 97 section. Nothing this modern though.

2003, July I would guess. But I haven't seen a Rocky Mountain with that format frame number before.

All my 2000´s RM has the year and I don´t see that in that frame. They are easy to check.
