Rocky Mountain Element

He has the same bike for sale in a separate auction, ending two days earlier and with a BIN of £625!

I'm not sure if that makes him an optimist or a pessimist.

Bugger, outbid by a zero feedback buyer. Wonder if this will be relisted...
It's about 400m from where I live, so if you did get to buy it I could collect it and send it to you for a bit less than £30 Paul.

Looks in very good condition. Eaton Gardens is a road made up of mansion blocks. I doubt whether there are many mountain bikes in those flats, but I can well imagine that any that do lurk in there may well have been expensive when bought and not much used since.

That's a generous offer, Anthony. Alas, it's highly unlikely :(

There's no harm in contacting the seller and saying that you were very disappointed to miss out, so if he has any trouble with the buyer you would still be very interested.

It could even be worth mentioning that you could have it picked up without him needing to pack it, as many sellers don't relish the bother of packing a bike because they're not really sure how to do it.
