The Frame Size is 45cm / 18"

i have check the measurements myself from middle bottom bracket to middle top tube 45 cm (to seatclamp 52,5 cm)
the length of the top tume are 59 cm.

That would be a 20.5" frame then, the largest Rocky Mountain made for the Element.
