Would like to know what its like when you get it, and put the pics up of the build.
I raced one of these BITD and they ride great. I didn't fancy paying more for this one, but this is a fair price I think.

That's an Explosif or even Kilauea price. I would say it's quite cheap for an Altitude if the chainstay rust was surface-in. However with RMs, it is possible that it is inside-out, in which case it would be a very expensive price. If the seller had been wise, he would have made this clear (perhaps he did to someone privately? I didn't ask)

But if it proves to be serious rust, I think you could send it back. On my reading, his description didn't warn of any serious problem so he hasn't cleared himself against that.
