As they never came that colour or with AltitudeTO it looks like 1992, 1993 where not mono-stay
though Ritchey tubing would be 1991, doubt it is as detailing slightly off...
So probably Ritchy drop outs and actually Tange actual tubing (not much difference
) as per 1992
Serial number would confirm if it's a real Altitude. Google selecting German to auto translate, but not translating it.

had a respray and top tube replace in 1996 by Rocky.
seattube at bottom bracket may pinpoint tubing (though top of this tube says 1992 as not angled at the reinforcement)
1991 should be ovalised gradually
1992 is bulge butted iirc.
under 2kg at 20" would be 1992 if that a real weight as I know the 1991 one is >2kg at 20"
