I got mine through a friend that lives there. But had to wait months for it and receive in person as he didn't want to post it to me.

I would try emailing them. Perhaps they'll make an exception?
I've had other online bike stores relent and send stuff to me in Australia...

Or else you could try a mail forwarding agent (but then it might not be worthwhile financially).
For example I already know that myswissmailaddress/swissmailbox is a complete and utter ripoff.
One of them even blocked my IP address from accessing their lousy website.
More for rich folk really, not at all for saving money.
