Decided to strip down my Judy C 100 mm fork because the travel is now down to about 25mm, I've being doing mostly road riding and not noticed how bad it was until I took it for a good off road thrashing at the weekend.
So I've looked on the web on how to strip it/rebuild and re-lube it, 'Place receiver under fork to catch oil' it says, so I did.. no oil. :?
I've had the fork from new and never lost any oil, and none of the fasteners have any seals fitted. Does anybody know if this fork should have oil I'm not sure what to do on rebuild ? It's a 2005 fork with pre-load adjustment only. (no rebound adjuster). Any advice would be appreciated.
