Aren't these the Raleigh spec forks that were fitted to the Summit? A sub Mag 20 before the Quadra's came out?

Being a nerd I just had a look and reckon these are Mag 30's in Raleigh colours. Mag 20 + 30 were mk2 although the 20 replaced the RS1. Just had it stuck in my head that the MBUK review made reference to the Raleigh bikes not having the top of the range forks.
