yeah forks on back to front- the handling would be very interesting

Sure it has not been shunted- would snap this up if I didn't have the dale coming- nice looking bike IMHO.

That looks like an 88 Ritchey nitanium rockhopper. Good buy for that money. Too big for my stumpy legs as well.
