is it possible to replace the pressed in steerer tube or should i say.can you buy new steerer tube and fit it your self.as i can get a super deal on some new RS reba,s but the steerer is to short.

you need a heavy duty press . it can be done if you know somebody with the right equipment

Those won't fit. As far as I know have the newer forks, like Reba, a larger diameter. The SID, Quadra and Judy's have the same. 28MM
Well... only if you want to change only the headsettube (steerertube) without the innertubes. The inners have a larger diameter.
