Rock Shox Psylo XC swap against Disc brakes

Hello,

I have this 2001 Rock Shox Psylo XC fork laying around that i wanna swap against a set of disc brakes. The fork is defenately not abused. I took it out of a bike that i got from the first owner. It only got used on the road. The bike stood on it's original tires, chain and cables. The only thing ever changed on the bike(when it was new), was the stem. It is a 2001 model that has the travel adjusting internaly. I changed the travel to it's maximum(125mm IIRC). Fork is in pretty good condition for it's age. The stanchions look great. The lower legs have some damage, but nothing structural.

What do i want in return for the fork? I am looking for a good set of disc brakes. I like Shimano, Hope or Avid brakes. I prefer Hope, but a good set of Shimano's are also very welcome. Avids might also be good if they are not the cheapest one's.
