have you contacted him recently? I asked about 3yrs ago & he didnt have any relevant spares. maybe hes found some more?
I think that's a good point. I noticed a short while back that he was selling old RS spares on eBay and I thought it was an odd thing to do if he wanted to sustain that part of his business, but I didn't enquire why.
