As above. Compress the fork and zip tie it down.

My new method for my XL's is to use a square ended bit of metal (an old file with the handle removed) and insert this into the top of the stanchion. The square end goes inside the shaft and holds it.

So.... I drilled the bolt head off! then had to drill the shaft out of he dummy leg as there was nothing to grip onto to remove it! Here is the result!

Does anyone have any of the retaining bolts that I could buy from them? the ti ones ideally, but steel would perhaps be better incase I have to drill them again!!!
