Rock Shox Indy C's

Hi,
I got a set of Indy C's (circa 1996 I think). Can anyone help me with where to find a service manual / guide for them?
They seem a little to stiff and I want to keep them on the bike as I dont want to buy a newer set as I like the original feel.
Also is anyone making spares for this things? Gas replacement cartridges etc ?
