Interestingly the geometry isn't far off my medium 2011 Cube LTD.

Chainstays are 5mm longer, seat tube it pretty much identical but the top tube is 25mm shorter. :?

If it's any help, my 2000 RL 853 is the same size in every respect and is slightly too small for me (which is the way I like it) with a 105mm stem - and I'm 5-7.

It's also the best-handling hardtail I've ever ridden, but that is coupling the 105mm stem with a 2003 SID set at 63mm travel. I doubt if it would handle so nicely with an 80mm fork unless you used a shorter stem - but then it would be quite a small bike.
